St. Peter's Cathedral - A striking building which has a mix of styles inside and out. St Peter's Cathedral rests on an important archaeological ground and there are some excellent 4th century mosaics to be found.
International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum - The International Red cross was formed in Geneva. This excellent museum charts the history of the organisation and highlights its continued importance.
United Nations HQ - The European headquarters of the United Nations can be found in Geneva and an interesting tour around the building is available.
Jet d'Eau - This incredible fountain can be found on the pier at the south shore of Lake Geneva. The water shoots up to over 140 metres in the air which makes it the world's largest plume.

Fêtes de Genève - (August) Starting on the first Friday of every August, this excellent summer festival is full of parades, music and fireworks.
